- 1 large bonito
- 8-10 shallots onions
- 4 green peppers
- 1 tomato

How to Make Bonito with Vegetables in Casserole?
- Bonitos are separated from their bones and cut into cubes.
- Shallots and garlic are fried in butter. Add coarsely chopped mushrooms and sauté for a while.
- Add coarsely chopped green peppers and tomatoes. Saute for a while and add fish. Add thyme and paprika and mix.
