Ingredients for Anchovy Rice

  • 1 kg fillet of anchovies
  • 1.5 cups of rice
  • 2.5 cups of hot water
  • 1 onion

  • 3 tablespoons of cornmeal
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

How to Make Anchovy Rice?
