- 400 g broccoli
- 400 g cauliflower
- 1 carrot
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 cup grated cheddar
For the bechamel sauce;
- 2 spoonful butter
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 cups of milk
- Salt, pepper
Baked Cauliflower Broccoli Gratin Recipe
Separate broccoli and cauliflower florets. Cook in boiling salted water. Cut the potatoes and carrots into slices. Boil them in boiling salted water and drain. Mix all the vegetables and put them in the baking dish. Prepare the bechamel sauce. Fry the flour with the butter until it smells. Add the milk and mix it with a whisk until it becomes homogeneous. Add salt and pepper and remove from heat. Pour over the cooked vegetables. Sprinkle plenty of cheddar and bake in the oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
