  • Half a bunch of parsley

Baked Meat and Vegetable Cauliflower Recipe

I made it in my large rectangular pyrex, you can reduce or increase the size as desired.
We wash the cauliflower, cut it into pieces, boil it so that it remains a little alive and drain it. We boil the meat in a pressure cooker and strain it. You can use the strained broth in soups. We sauté onion, garlic and 2 peppers in a saucepan, add tomato paste and continue frying, when the tomato paste is roasted, we chop and fry 2 tomatoes. Then add half a liter of water, cut the carrot and potato into small cubes, add salt and pepper and boil for 10 minutes. While our mortar is boiling, we spread the drained cauliflower on my debt and arrange the meat on it. After spreading our mortar, we arrange the remaining tomatoes in circles on top, and chop and arrange the remaining peppers between them. Bake in the oven at 200-250 degrees for 15 minutes. You can sprinkle chopped parsley and grated cheddar cheese on it just before you take it out of the oven. Enjoy your meal.
