Ingredients for Baked Mushrooms with Cheddar Cheese
- 1 pack of mushrooms
- 1 large onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste or chili paste
- 6-7 green peppers
- 2 carrots
- 1 large potato
- Oil according to your usage amount
- 1 or 1.5 cups grated cheddar cheese
- (Can also be homemade cheese)
- Salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, mint
Baked Mushroom Recipe with Cheddar Cheese
Grate the carrots and cheese. Then cut the tomatoes, mushrooms, and green peppers into cubes, not too big, but not too small.
