Ingredients for Baked Spinach Mücver (Practical, Delicious and Very Light) Recipe

  • up to 10 roots of spinach
  • 1 large potato
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 egg
  • 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 1 red pepper
  • Half a teaspoon of oil
  • Salt
  • chili pepper
  • Cumin and isot upon request
  • 7-8 tablespoons of breadcrumbs (I used breadcrumbs made from whole wheat bread, you can also use 8 spoons of flour if desired)
  • Hot water to soak the spinach
  • 3 tablespoons of garnish

Baked Spinach Mücver (Practical, Delicious and Very Light) Recipe

This very delicious and light meal (you can also call it börek) is one of the specialties of my recipe, that dieters can eat it easily 🙂

First, we clean and wash the spinach. We add hot water to it and wait for it to die a little on one side. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and onions and grate them into a bowl. We chop the red pepper. Take the spinach out of the water and squeeze it thoroughly. We wait for it to cool down on the side. Then we add eggs, yogurt, garnish, breadcrumbs, spices and oil on top of the other ingredients. Let the oil remain at the bottom of the glass for 1 finger. When we place it on the tray, we will spread it on it so that it turns brown. Finally, add the spinach and mix well. We pour it on the tray on which we have greased paper and spread it. We apply the remaining oil on it and bake it for 25 minutes in the oven, which we heated at 230 degrees. You can make it according to the setting of your own oven. Take it out of the oven when it’s browned. Ohh it was very nice, enjoy your meal 🙂 I hope you can make it and give it to your loved ones.
