We peel our zucchini, cut them into round slices, lay them back to back on our greased baking tray, brush with oil, add a little salt and bake them in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes until the zucchini is soft. In another pan, sauté the chopped onions in vegetable oil, add the ground beef and fry it until it turns brown. We add the spices we want, add the desired tomato paste and take it from the fire and wait for a while.
