- 3 cups dried beans
- 200-300gr cubed meat (but better with boned meat)

- 2 large tomatoes (peeled and grated)

- A few sprigs of parsley (finely chopped or dried parsley)
- 2 liters of water (adjust to taste)
How to Make Beans with Meat with Tomatoes Recipe
In the evening (or early in the morning), soak the dried beans in slightly warm water (the beans’ skins will become wrinkled in hot water), let them soften. Then drain the water and take it into a deep pot, fill it with enough water to cover the beans, boil it for two times, and strain it again. In this way, the smell of the bean is removed. If you want, you can fill the beans in freezer bags and freeze them at this stage. You’ll cook another time.
To cook the beans, first fry the meat with oil (if the meat is hard, boil it by adding a little water and then fry it), add the onion and cook a little, add the tomato paste.
