Black Cabbage Dish Recipe

We add our finely chopped cabbage to the boiling water in a large pot and boil it thoroughly until it softens. When we add our fine bulgur and the bulgur softens, we pass it through the blender and puree it. In order not to clump together, we add our corn flour little by little, followed by our flour, stirring constantly. In case of possible lumps, we pass our food through the blender again. You can increase the cornmeal if the consistency is watery. After this stage is over, we add salt, canned kidney beans and corn to the pot. Cook for at least 5-10 minutes. If desired, we add chili peppers and turn the ground pepper in hot butter in a separate pan and add it to our meal. We let our food simmer for another minute or two. Tail fat makes the food more delicious, but unfortunately we can’t find it. The most delicious version of this dish is when eaten with crumbled cornbread. Enjoy your meal.
