Ingredients for Béchamel Sauce Broccoli Recipe
- 1 kg of broccoli
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- 1 teacup of oil
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 2 and a half glasses of milk
- salt
- black pepper

Recipe for Broccoli with Béchamel Sauce
First, let’s boil the broccoli and let it cool, then for the béchamel sauce, first melt the margarine, add oil, add the flour and fry for a while. Then turn off the stove, add our milk, mix for a while, turn on the stove again and stir until it boils. After cooking, let’s pour some sauce into the pyrex, put the grated cheese on it and add the broccoli by chopping it. Then let’s pour all our sauce on it and sprinkle the cheeses on it. Let’s cook until golden brown at 220 degrees.
