Ingredients for Brussels Sprouts Recipe
- 400 grams chicken breast
- 2 carrots
- 2 red peppers
- 300 grams of brussels sprouts
- 5 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- black pepper (optional)
Brussels Sprouts Recipe Preparation
First of all, we boil the cabbage in water to which we add lemon for 5 minutes. We marinate the julienne chicken breast in soy sauce for at least 10 minutes. We also julienne chop the carrot and red pepper. We put butter and oil in our pan and saute first the carrots and then the red pepper for 5 minutes. Then we add the chicken breast for sautéing. After adding the cabbage that we cut in half, we cook them all for 10-15 minutes. Add the last cream, wait 1 minute and turn off the heat. Black pepper can be added upon request. Note: Since we are keeping the chickens in soy sauce, it would be better to add the salt after tasting it.
