  • 1 potato
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

  • Salt

Recipe for Brussels Sprouts with Olive Oil

  1. We clean the outer leaves of the cabbage and keep them in vinegar water.
  2. We cut the onions in half moons and start sautéing them in olive oil, cut the garlic in half and throw it away.
  3. Then add the chopped carrots and fry for 5 more minutes. S
  4. Then add the potatoes and cabbage and fry for another 10 minutes.
  5. We do the sautéing process on high heat so that the vegetables do not water and lose their color.
  6. Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and add salt and pepper.
  7. We turn it a little more and add boiling water. Since I don’t like vegetable dishes too watery, I used 1 glass of water to open the tomato paste, you can adjust it according to your taste.
  8. Cook on low heat until the vegetables are soft. They cook to a large extent already during sautéing.
