Ingredients for Brussels Sprouts with Walnuts

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 package of brussels sprouts
  • 1 small carrot
  • 2 medium size tomatoes
  • A little less than 1 tablespoon
  • Liquid oil
  • Salt
  • seasoning on request
  • Boiled Water

  • Walnut

Brussels Sprouts with Walnuts Recipe

First, we put the oil in a medium-sized pot and after it gets a little hot, we put the onions, half-ring peppers and carrots that we cut into cubes on it and fry it. Add the garlic and fry some more. Add the diced tomatoes, brussels sprouts, salt and spices if you wish, add enough boiled water to cover it and cook it on medium heat. After 20 minutes of cooking, we check the cabbages. If they are cooked, we can take them off the stove. The important thing here is to keep the water balanced. If we put too much, the taste of the food goes away. The water put in the balance becomes the sauce for the food. After putting it on the serving plate, we can serve it by sprinkling walnuts on it. It adds a nice flavor. I hope you have good health 🙂
