Let’s put our oil in our pan, put our chopped onion and garlic and fry it, then put our chicken and cook it well, let’s add a teaspoon of thyme to our chicken. In the meantime, let’s cut our potatoes and carrots into cubes and fry them and let them wait. When our chicken is well roasted, let’s put our mushrooms, carrots, potatoes on it, add our salt, if we like it, we can add a teaspoon of chili powder, a teaspoon of cumin, a teaspoon of black pepper. Let’s turn off the heat so that our ingredients are well cooked. Let’s prepare 6 cabas and distribute the food we prepared in them equally. Let’s put a little oil in a small pan and boil 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and 2 tea glasses of water. Let’s put our boiling sauce evenly, little by little.
