Ingredients for Cabbage Vaccine (Bulgarian Style) Recipe

  • 1 small cabbage
  • 2 cups of milk

  • 2 tablespoons of rice
  • 2 tablespoons of bulgur wheat
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • pinch of salt
  • A pinch of chili pepper
  • This
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

For the above:

  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • chili pepper

Cabbage Vaccine (Bulgarian Style) Recipe Preparation

Cabbage is cut into small pieces, fried in oil and salt is added. Add water not to exceed it and cook until the cabbage is soft. Then, rice and bulgur are added to the middle of the cabbage, the lid of the pot is closed, and it is waited for a while to swell. Add milk and boil for 2 minutes. Add cream and black pepper. In a small saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add flour and mix. Pour over the cooked cabbage and mix. If desired, a small hot pepper can be chopped into small pieces and added. It is garnished by pouring paprika into the melted hot butter and pouring it over the dish taken on the plate. Enjoy your meal.
