Ingredients for Carrot Leek Recipe

  • 1 kilo of leeks
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 2 bouillons
  • Half a cup of bulgur wheat
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Salt

Carrot Leek Recipe Preparation

Leeks are cut into baklava slices. Carrots are cut into thin slices of baklava. Oil is poured into the pot, and chopped onions are added. Add carrots when lightly browned. Roasting continues. It is melted by adding bouillon and tomato paste. It is put in leek and roasted. Spices are added. Add enough water to cover it. When the water boils, bulgur is added and left on low heat until cooked. It is served hot.
