- 3 packs of phyllo
- skimmed butter (ghee butter)
- pistachios
- 1 kg of sugar

- 1 piece of lemon
How to Make Carrot Slice?
- For the sherbet; Put the sugar and water in a bowl and cook on low heat until it starts to boil. Then throw the lemon and boil for another 10 minutes, remove from the stove and let it cool.

- After the two packages are finished, let’s lay the ground pistachios on the tray. Then, let’s put the last package on top of each other by spreading butter in between.
- Let’s complete the cutting process by making the cutting process in the dimensions you want.
- Let’s cook for 15-20 minutes in a fan oven at 170 degrees.
- Then I spread the excess butter on the tray that came out of the oven. In case of contract, butter and sherbet may freeze.
