- 1 large bunch of spinach
- 2 medium carrots
- 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 bowl of yogurt
- 2 cloves of garlic

Carrot Spinach Yoghurt Recipe Preparation
Wash the spinach thoroughly and chop finely. Peel the carrot and grate it. Put the oil in the pan and fry the carrots until they turn pink. Meanwhile, crush the garlic in the yogurt and mix. When the carrots turn pink, add the spinach and mix it quickly without diluting it on high heat. About 3-4 minutes. Put it on serving plates and immediately add the yogurt mixture. Put 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a small pan. When the oil is hot, add chili pepper and pour it over the food. Enjoy your meal.
Note: it is my advice for those on a diet, provided that you do not make any sauce on it :))) It is a very delicious and satisfying recipe both as a main course and as an appetizer.
