Ingredients for Cauliflower Meatballs
- 1 kg cauliflower
- 2 medium potatoes
- 6 baby carrots
- roaming chicken egg
- Olive oil

- Half a bread crumb or 1 tea glass of breadcrumbs

- Dill
- 1 clove of garlic
How to Make Cauliflower Meatballs
- Potatoes and cauliflower are boiled for 10 minutes. When it cools, it is crushed and spices are added to it.
- Then salt is added to the egg and all the greens. Breadcrumbs or stale bread crumbs are added.
- It is kneaded, shaped and fried in hot oil (I used olive oil, any oil is fine).
- Carrots are cooked by turning them in olive oil. Enjoy your meal.
