Cauliflower Meatballs

Ingredients for Cauliflower Meatballs

  • 1 kg cauliflower
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 6 baby carrots
  • roaming chicken egg
  • Olive oil
  • Fame
  • Egg
  • Half a bread crumb or 1 tea glass of breadcrumbs
  • Cumin
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Scallion
  • Parsley
  • Dill
  • 1 clove of garlic

How to Make Cauliflower Meatballs

  • Potatoes and cauliflower are boiled for 10 minutes. When it cools, it is crushed and spices are added to it.
  • Then salt is added to the egg and all the greens. Breadcrumbs or stale bread crumbs are added.
  • It is kneaded, shaped and fried in hot oil (I used olive oil, any oil is fine).
  • Carrots are cooked by turning them in olive oil. Enjoy your meal.
