Cauliflower Pan Recipe Preparation

This recipe is a recipe that will make even those who do not like cauliflower love this vegetable. Personally, it’s one of the rare meals my 5 year old son eats. I hope you like it too. We cut the cauliflower into florets, add salt and boil for about 10 minutes. It shouldn’t soften too much. If it goes in half when we dip the fork, it’s okay. After it cools down, put it in a mixing bowl. Crack an egg into it. We chop the stale bread into small pieces. You can add some salt. Put the oil and butter in a fireproof pan and melt it. Spread the mixture thinly into the pan. The thinner it is, the better and crispier it will be. I even press on it with a flat cap. Turn the pan and fry it evenly on all sides. We turn it upside down with a flat lid (or it will be a serving plate) and add a little butter and fry the back side as well. We serve hot. Enjoy your meal.
