Ingredients for Cauliflower Yogurt Recipe
- medium cauliflower
- A bowl of yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 2 cloves of garlic

Cauliflower Yogurt Recipe Preparation
We wash and sort the cauliflower and separate the roses. We boil it for about 10 minutes, after straining it (enough for a fork) to pour oil into the pan and heat it on low heat. Meanwhile, break 2 eggs on a plate and mix. We do the same with flour on another plate. We dip the boiled cauliflowers first in the egg and then in the flour and put them in the pan. When the whole process is finished in this way, we open the bottom of the stove on high setting and fry both sides thoroughly. We put it on a serving plate and pour the garlic yogurt on it. In a small pan, we burn ground pepper and mint in oil, pour it over it, decorate it with parsley. Enjoy your meal.
