Ingredients for Celery Dish Recipe
- 1 celery
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 pinch of salt
Celery Dish Recipe Preparation
We peel and dice our celery and put it in water with lemon. Chop a few leaves and add them to the lemon water. We chop our onions into cubes and fry them in oil, then add our tomato paste and fry it. We add our drained celery to the oil we roasted. After mixing a few times, we pour the water so that it is 2 fingers above the top and let it cook. After cooking for about 15 minutes, we can serve. I strongly recommend it to those who don’t like celery, I didn’t like it either until I eat it this way 🙂 bon appetit.
