- 2 heads of celery
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 2 onions
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tomato zest
- Fresh leaves and stems of celery
- Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
Recipe for Celery with Olive Oil in Casserole
First, chop the vegetables. Fry the onion and pepper first. Add the tomato paste on it and fry it and throw the tomato. Fry some tomatoes too. Then toss all the vegetables and fry them. After 10 minutes, add enough hot water to not exceed it. Cook on low heat until the vegetables are soft, it’s a great taste 🙂
