Ingredients for Chicken Cauliflower Recipe
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 1 kg boneless chicken thigh
- 1 large onion
- 1 teaspoon of chili paste
- Black pepper
- Salt
For the bechamel sauce:
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1.5 cups of milk (you can adjust it according to your desired consistency)
- Liquid oil
For the above:
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Chicken Cauliflower Recipe
Cut the cauliflower into any size you want, boil it without softening it much and drain it. Cut the chicken in cubes and fry it on high heat until it gets dry (if it is too watered, pour the water). Turn off the stove and add salt and pepper. For the bechamel sauce, fry the flour in enough oil and add milk little by little according to the thickness you want. Finally, finish with the addition of salt and pepper. Let’s pour the cauliflower, chicken mortar and bechamel sauce into the tray we will put in the oven and mix. Let’s sprinkle the grated cheddar on it and put it in the oven. (I also had a slice of cheddar, I used it) Cook until golden brown.
