Colorful Stuffed Peppers Recipe
The bell peppers are cut in half, starting from the stems. We have four peppers in total. Core parts are cleaned. It is placed on a greased paper-lined tray with the insides facing up. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. Cut the potatoes into cubes and sprinkle with salt. Deep fried in oil and removed on a paper towel.
