Ingredients for Cranberry Jelly
- 3 glasses of cranberry juice
- 2 glasses of water
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of wheat starch
- 1 clove
For the above
- fresh blueberries
How to Make Cranberry Jelly?
- Drain the cranberry juice well and put all the jelly ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the starch odor disappears and the sugar dissolves completely.
- Take the clove out of it. Remove the jelly from the heat when it becomes transparent and has a jelly-like consistency. Pour the jelly into a large wetted bowl and let it come to room temperature on a flat surface.
- Cover with cling film and leave to cool in the refrigerator.
- After it cools and solidifies, turn it upside down and transfer it to a serving plate. Serve garnished with fresh blueberries.
