Ingredients for Cream Fontana
- 600 g cream
- 150 g milk
- 2 vanilla sticks
- 125 g sugar
- 190 g egg yolk
- 2 sheets of gelatin
- 20g of coffee
- 60 g cherries (Frozen)
How to Make Cream Fontana
- Put the cream, milk and vanilla stick in the saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring.
- In another saucepan, slowly heat the sugar and egg yolk together. Then, combine the ingredients in the two pots to obtain a creamy mixture.
- Strain the gelatin leaves soaked in cold water and add to the cream by mixing, then divide the mixture into three equal parts.
- Mix by adding coffee to the first piece you have divided, divide into serving glasses and freeze at -18 degrees.
- Pull the frozen cherry in the robot and after adding it into the second part, pull the mixture again in the robot.
- Fill the previously frozen coffee cream on top of it evenly but not mix with each other and put it in the freezer at -18 degrees again.
- Divide the last remaining cream equally into the glass and freeze again.
- Serve garnished with seasonal fruits.
