Ingredients for Cream Fontana

  • 600 g cream
  • 150 g milk
  • 2 vanilla sticks
  • 125 g sugar
  • 190 g egg yolk
  • 2 sheets of gelatin
  • 20g of coffee
  • 60 g cherries (Frozen)

How to Make Cream Fontana

  • Put the cream, milk and vanilla stick in the saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring.
