- 400 grams of spinach
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic

- Mozzarella (parmesan cheese)

Creamy Spinach Gratin Recipe
Spinach is washed well and dried between a clean cloth. Onion is cut into small pieces and fried in olive oil until golden brown. Add spinach and turn until wilted. Now add salt, pepper, nutmeg, tomato powder and crushed garlic and mix. The inside of a small pyrex is greased with butter and the spinach is placed in it. Cream and mozzarella are mixed well in the same pan and poured over the spinach. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown. Enjoy your meal.
