Ingredients for Cretan Paste
- 400 g Ezine cheese
- 130 g dried tomatoes
- 110 g extra virgin olive oil
- 700 g walnut kernels
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 handful of dill
- 5 ml of truffle oil
How to Make Cretan Paste?
- Take the Ezine cheese in a bowl and grate it. Puree all other ingredients in the rondo.
- Take the puree in a bowl, add the grated cheese and make small balls with your hands.
- Place the small balls on a serving plate, drizzle with a little olive oil and serve with crackers or small slices of toasted bread.
