  • 1 large green zucchini
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

How to Make Crispy Zucchini Chips?

  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  • Cut the zucchini into thin slices.
  • In a bowl, mix the parmesan, powdered almonds and thyme.
  • Salt the zucchini slices, rub them with olive oil, then cover with the parmesan/almond mixture.
