- 2 small radishes (Sliced)
- 5 – 6 capers
- 1 lemon (cut into 4)
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- fresh greens
- Black pepper (freshly ground)
How to Make Crispy Scallops?
- Dip the cleaned fish in a mixture of breadcrumbs, flour and salt. Pour olive oil into the heated pan and place the fish. Fry both sides on medium heat.
- Serve the crispy fish hot with greens, radish, lemon, capers and black pepper.
