Making Egg Tapping (Besni Style) Recipe
All of the ingredients (except for eggs and frying oil) are put in a large bowl and kneaded with the help of water until our meatballs become soft. After we get meatballs that will not fall apart, we take walnut-sized pieces and roll them in our hands, press and flatten the rolled meatballs, straighten the edges, make our other meatballs in the same way and finish the process.
