Ingredients for Eggplant Wrap Recipe
- 2 flat eggplants
- 1 teaspoon of strained yogurt
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 Cengelköy cucumber, grated with a wide end
- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
- a pinch of dill
Eggplant Wrap Recipe
Peel the eggplants and cut them lengthwise. Soak in salted warm water for half an hour. Dry with a paper towel. To fry in hot oil and drain the oil, remove excess oil with a paper towel. Lightly salt. Put the yogurt, cucumber, cream cheese and dill in a bowl and mix well. Spread it on the fried eggplant and roll it as in the picture. Remove to serving plate. Serve cold.
