- 2 aubergines
- 4 green peppers
- 6 tomatoes
- 500 grams minced meat

Cut the eggplants into rounds, leave them in salted water until the bitterness comes out and fry them
Finely chop the peppers. Add the minced meat and tomatoes. Cook until the water is slightly absorbed. Add the coriander when you turn it off.
