- 1 cup zucchini grated
- 1-2 cloves of garlic (finely grated)
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs (or breadcrumbs)
- 1/4 cup aged cheddar cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons of spring onions (Chopped)
- 1 tablespoon of parsley (Chopped)

How to Make Garlic Pumpkin Balls
- Squeeze the juice of the zucchini with your hands and take it on a paper towel to absorb the water thoroughly.
- Add grated zucchini, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, parmesan, spring onion, parsley, basil, thyme, salt and pepper to a medium bowl and mix well.
- Take a tablespoon of the mixture, make small balls in your palm and place them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden. Remove from oven and serve with tomato sauce.
