  • 4 artichoke bowls
  • 1 breast meat (1 chicken has two breasts, I used only one side)
  • 1 cup chopped green spring onions
  • 2-3 teaspoons of flour
  • 7-8 sprigs of dill
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to Make Chicken Artichokes? Fabrication

First of all, we cut our breast meat into cubes and wash it, then put it in a pot and cook it until the meat juice is released. We add liquid oil to the meat that absorbs its water and fry it with oil. Then we add our chopped fresh green onions and mix it a little bit. Then we put the diced artichokes and sprinkle salt, pepper and flour on it. Mix it a few times and pour enough hot water to cover it by 1-2 fingers and let it boil. We mix it periodically and check the water. We can taste the artichokes that are close to draining and check whether they are cooked and add water. Before turning off the heat close to cooking, we can add chopped dill and cook for another 3-5 minutes and let it rest. Enjoy your meal.
