Ingredients for Potato Imambayildi Recipe

  • 8 eggplants
  • 2 potatoes
  • 4 onions
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 2 green peppers
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • Liquid oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Potato Imambayildi Recipe Preparation

We divide the eggplants into 4 and the potatoes in large sizes and fry them. While they are browning, we start frying the onions by adding oil and salt. We add the finely chopped peppers and garlic and continue to fry. When it turns slightly pink, we add the finely chopped tomatoes. Tomatoes are about to be cooked on a plate, after we put the fried eggplant and potatoes in the pot, we add the tomato sauce we have separated and cook for 1-2 more minutes and our meal is ready.
