Ingredients for Kashnuka
- 3 eggs
- 450 g leeks
- 1 carrot
- 2 spring onions
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup of milk
- 1 cup of flour
- 1.5 cups cornmeal
- 10 g baking powder
- 5 g of salt
How is Kashnuka Made?
- Add oil, egg, salt and milk into a mixing bowl and beat with the help of a whisk.
- Meanwhile grate the carrot. Wash the leeks and spring onions thoroughly and slice thinly.
- After mixing the corn flour, baking powder and regular flour in a bowl, slowly add them to the mixture.
- Mix the carrots, leeks and spring onions with the dough mixture and place them in a baking dish lined with greaseproof paper and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 50 minutes.
