- 1 kg kidney beans
- 1 carrot
- 1 potato
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
Red Kidney Bean Stew Recipe
Sort the kidney beans. Wash with plenty of water and add enough water to cover them and boil until the kidney beans are soft. Meanwhile, dice the potatoes, carrots and onions. Fry the onions in olive oil until they turn pink. Meanwhile, add the sugar and grated garlic. Then add the carrots and potatoes and sauté. Put the kidney beans last and add little water and salt and cook until the vegetables are soft. Good luck.
