First, we wash and chop our leeks, there is no need to chop them very finely, it just melts when it is cooked randomly. We put it back into the water and wait. We mix and knead the meatball ingredients, wetting our hands in the meantime, and when it comes to a consistency, we break small pieces and make balls in the form of marbles.
