When it comes to winter vegetables, the first thing that comes to my mind is leek. Because I love it, I will share with you all the recipes I know and try. First, we wash our leeks thoroughly and cut the leaf parts. (I don’t use it in food, you can add it if you want.) Then we chop the white parts as we want. We wash and chop the carrots on it, wash the rice and spread it on it, add our tomato paste and drizzle the oil on it. Let’s take it to the stove and when it starts to heat up, add the water and cook it on low heat. Enjoy your meal.
