Eggplants are peeled and sliced ​​in 1 finger thickness and left in salted water for half an hour. Meanwhile, the ground beef is fried in oil until it turns brown. Add finely chopped onions and peppers and fry. Add 2 cloves of crushed garlic and tomato paste, roast well. Add 1/2 tea cup of hot water and cook for 5 more minutes, remove from the stove.
Eggplants are washed and dried. It is lined up in the toaster and the toaster is turned off. Cook on high for 5 minutes. Still, look from time to time so that it does not burn.
