- 3 eggplants
- 2 potatoes
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste or tomato sauce

Yoghurt Frying Recipe
First of all, we peel our eggplants and cut them into thin and long strips. We also cut the potatoes into rings and fry all our ingredients in our frying pan. We take the eggplants that we fried in a separate pot and pour the hot water and tomato paste that we have made homogeneous in a bowl (hot water will be about a tea glass). After this process, we lay the potatoes on it and add salt, then close the lid of the pot and cook on low heat for five minutes. After the process is completed, we take it to the serving plate and serve it with yoghurt.
