  • 1 cup diced beef
  • 1 celery
  • 1 leek stalk
  • 1 bowl of chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon of red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

Recipe for Meat and Chickpeas with Olive Oil and Celery

First, we separate the celery from the leaves and chop the stems and heads. We chop the stem of the leek, not the leaves. We add olive oil into the pot and fry the meat with tomato paste. After the meat is roasted, we roast the leeks and celery. After the celery is cooked a little, we add the ground pepper, chickpeas and salt and add the water. We adjust the water to pass over the celery. If the celery is cooked after boiling, we turn off the heat. You can serve it by squeezing lemon on it while serving optionally. Enjoy your meal.
