Ingredients for Meat Fajitas
- 150 g finely chopped tenderloin
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of red pepper flakes
How to Make Meaty Fajita
- Marinate the fillets for 30 minutes in a bowl to which you add olive oil, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
- Saute the onion you cut into piyaz, the green pepper you cut into rings, salt and pepper in the pan where you heated the sunflower oil.
