Ingredients for Meat Fajitas

  • 150 g finely chopped tenderloin
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of red pepper flakes

How to Make Meaty Fajita

  • Marinate the fillets for 30 minutes in a bowl to which you add olive oil, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
  • Saute the onion you cut into piyaz, the green pepper you cut into rings, salt and pepper in the pan where you heated the sunflower oil.
  • Add the tenderloins and cook both sides.
