Ingredients for the Meat Guest Meal
- 1 kg tenderloin or ribeye (Thinly sliced)
- 1 large onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves of garlic (chopped to the size of a rice grain)
- 50 g butter
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 pack of cream (200 ml)
For the marinade sauce
- 1 teaspoon of chili paste
- 2 teaspoons of yogurt
- 1/2 tea glass of oil (Glass with handle)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (optional)
How to Make a Meat Guest Meal?
- Mix the necessary ingredients for the marinade sauce in a bowl. After mixing the meat with the sauce, close its mouth and leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Place the meat in a large saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for about 10 minutes, until the water has evaporated.
- After adding onion, garlic, butter, salt, black pepper and turmeric, mix it again and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Finally, add the cream, mix and cook for 2-3 more minutes, then remove from the stove.
