Ingredients for Meaty Chard Wrap
- 3 bunches of chard (about 45-50 leaves)
- 400 g minced meat
- 2 onions
- 1 cup of bulgur wheat
- 1 tablespoon of sweet pepper paste (also hot)
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 2 cups of hot water
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
How to Make Meaty Chard Wrap?
- The stalks of the biceps are cut and removed by immersing them in hot water. Take it in a bowl with a strainer.
- Onions are edible. The stuffing is prepared with minced meat, onion, bulgur, tomato paste, parsley, salt and pepper.
- The middle veins of the biceps are removed. If it is greater than two for its size, it is divided by four. It is put from the inner mortar.
- The triangle is folded over. (You can wrap it any way you want) There are meat with bones or the stalks of the chard are placed on the floor of the pot.
- The wrapped biceps are lined up. Cooking water opened by adding tomato paste is transferred to the pot. This amount should not be too much.
