How to Make Fresh Beans with Meat Recipe
Remove the stems of the beans, including the sides. Wash the beans thoroughly. Chop the beans 2-3 cm wide and soak them in vinegar water.
Take the beans from the water in which they are waiting, through the strainer with your hands from the top. (Do not pour all the water that the beans are waiting for into the strainer so that the beans that settle to the bottom while waiting in the water are not added to the beans again. Take them out of the water with your hands and put them in the strainer) Run the beans taken into the strainer again under a little running water. Let the beans sit aside for now.
Take the meat in a hot pot and fry it a little bit, let it drain and throw the diced onions on the meat, turn them for a few minutes, now add butter and fry them all a bit. Let’s add the paste and fry it a little again so that the smell and rawness of the tomato paste go away. Let’s add our boiled water to this mixture.
Let’s take the waiting beans and add them to our meaty, onion and juicy mixture in the pot. Let’s close the lid of the pot, let the beans settle a little and change their colors. Now let’s add salt, pepper and 1 cube of sugar. We can add water again if needed.
I usually cook my meals in a pressure cooker. You can cook it this way too. If water needs to be added, you can add boiled water.
Enjoy your meal
Dear young people who cook new food, I promise you :))))))
Foot note: do not forget that cold water is not added to the cooked food, hot water is always added and should be added.
You can also make beans with chicken without adding meat in the same way. Chicken thighs are also very good with skewers, but then remember to fry the onions with less oil while frying. Why ? because the hip skewer may be oily then the food may be too oily 🙂
