First of all, we wash the mushrooms thoroughly in plenty of water, you can even soak them in vinegar water for cleaning.
Then chop it coarsely and let it drain. After draining the well, just put the mushrooms in the pan without adding oil, let it release its water well. When there is no water left, we add oil and fry it, add butter, a little for flavor, then add the onions that we cut into half moons, add salt and pepper and mix.
