Hello, first we chop the onion, pepper, leek and carrot into cubes.
We roast the onion, pepper and carrot respectively, (we fry a little too much because the carrot is hard), then we fry the ground beef and leek. We add the tomato paste and spices and add enough water to cover it. I put it just enough to cover it, friends, if you put it on the ground, its consistency is good.
